Fictional content & AI notice

A closed, fictional internet

All companies, people, places and documents in Cases are fictional.

The exercises take place on a simulated internet. Its websites use addresses ending in .test, a name reserved for testing that does not exist on the public internet. They are served from a separate, neutral domain, inside a sandboxed frame, and every page carries this banner:

TRAINING ENVIRONMENT · FICTIONAL · AI-GENERATED CONTENT

In the player, the simulated browser shows a FICTIONAL label next to the in-world address at all times.

Inspired by real typologies, not by real cases

Cases are inspired by real-world fraud typologies (how schemes usually work), never by a specific real case, judgment or person. Names, numbers and documents are invented and checked against brand and name collisions. In-world websites are recognizable by their function ("a fictional company registry", "a fictional review site"), never by imitating a real brand.

What we ask of you

All people, companies and places are fictional. Do not search for them on the real internet. Do not contact anyone.

AI-generated content

Some texts and images in the fictional world are generated or assisted by AI systems and then reviewed by a human. Faces and photos of people are always generated and depict no real person. Where we generate images, they are marked as AI-generated in their metadata where the format allows. This notice is given in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

No AI scores your answers: they are checked against fixed answer keys.

Report a problem

If something looks like a real person, company or brand, or seems inappropriate, write to contact@letsosint.com. We will review and change it.
